LEGAL NOTICE SEALED BIDS REQUESTED

Notice is hereby given that Homer Township is requesting sealed bids for:

Replacement of Two Air Conditioning Units located at the Homer Township Administration Office, 14350 W. 151st Street, Homer Glen, IL 60491,www.homertownship.com. Bid specifications and proposal forms will be available in the Township Administration’s office at 14350 W. 151st Street, Homer Glen, IL 60491 from July 22 to August 5, 2021. Bids must be received by: 9:00 am on August 5, 2021 in the office of the Homer Township Administration. Bids will be publicly opened: 9:10 am on August 5, 2021 in the office of the Homer Township Administration. A Certificate of Insurance is required with each bid. Only sealed bids will be accepted. All bids must be compliant with The Homer Township’s Prevailing wage Act Ordinance #HT2018-0611-ORD1.
