Homer Township in cooperation with the Homer Township Republican Organization (HTRO), launches 2 micro pantries. In the pantries, you will find necessities for your families and animal friends, as well as Narcan for emergency use.

CURRENTLY THE PANTRIES ARE LOW ON STOCK!
ANYONE WHO CAN DONATE OR CONNECT US WITH A DONOR MUCH APPRECIATED.
CALL THE TOWNSHIP OR HTRO FOR MORE INFORMATION.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8:30am – 11:00am

Requirements:

  • Small interview with one of the staff volunteers
  • 2 types of proof showing residency in either Lockport Township or Homer Township. (eg:current electric, gas, or water bill.  A driver’s license is not proof of residency.  After being accepted residents are able to visit the food pantry once a month.
  • You will have to meet the Income Eligibility Requirements.

After being accepted residents will be able to visit the food pantry once every 30 days.

A referral from lockport FISH Food Pantry will also provide you diapers and personal hygiene products from:

First United Methodist Church of Lockport
1000 S Washington St, Lockport, IL 60441
every Wednesday from 9am to 12pm.

They supply diapers and personal hygiene products.
